I’m not a dentist person, terrifies me. Dr Jen and everyone else is very good at their job. The office is very new and immaculately clean. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and makes sure they are doing everything to keep you comfortable. They also check and run your insurance way ahead of time to verify what if anything you owe so you know what you are in for. Best dentist office I’ve ever been too!

I do not enjoy getting work done on my teeth, I used to say 'I hate the dentist' but I can't say that anymore because Jennifer and her team here are phenomenal. I can't hate them even when they're filling a cavity because they go out of their way to make me comfortable (TVs on the ceiling are a huge plus - yes I would like to watch the Office while you work). Their text reminder system while sometimes can be annoying, is amazingly helpful because they actually answer. Late? Shoot them a text. Have a question afterwards? Shoot them a text. They make the process as painless as possible while still ensuring they do a great job - I would recommend them to anybody.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out after having a cleaning. I despise going to any sort of docs office due to bad memories and never actually getting the help that I may need. Here though, at Legacy Dental, they truly care about your oral health and not the big bucks. They are very approachable and I 100% whole heartedly recommend these people. I got my boyfriend to make an appointment and he ain’t been to a dentist in over 8 years due to bad experience. So that says something about how great Legacy Dental is and Doctor Jennifer Nguyen too.

We've been coming here since they opened and really enjoy it (as much as one can enjoy the dentist haha). Dr. Nguyen is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She does a great job explaining things and answering questions. Our little guy (7 months old) also really likes her. The staff are great and the clinic is updated and clean. Location is also nice - free parking and a few restaurants in the same lot so you can grab lunch before/after your appointment if you need. The clinic location is also transit-friendly as there is a bus stop nearby. Our insurance covers most of the visit but the remainder is very reasonable compared to other dentists I've seen.

Best cleaning ever! Usually there are several "ouch" moments when the scraper of the plaque hits too far on the gum but with Dr. Jennifer that was not the case. Also, they took colour photos (in addition to the usual x-rays) so I could then see the issues she was describing to me. That was a welcome first. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

I am so grateful for the office staff and Dr Jennifer as they were able to continue serving me and my family after taking over as the new Dental care providers. Very convenient location off Gateway Blvd. The office is clean, comfortable and staff are always available to fully communicate the dental work and expectations. Also, she would let you know the options you have, so you can decide. This office follows Alberta dental fee guide, so the fees are open and really reasonable. I've been to several dentists throughout the country and Dr Nguyen's dental practice provides an exceptionally good experience. She is very personable and explains complex concepts in lay terms. I was even more pleased when I got my bill and couldn't believe the price. Unlike most dentists, Dr Nguyen follows the Alberta fee structure and thus has the most reasonable prices I've even seen at a dental clinic. The clinic also followed up with me two weeks after my appointment to see if my issues had resolved. I've never received this level of care from a dental clinic. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen.

Recently, I booked an appointment to see Dr. Jennifer Nguyen of Legacy Dental in Edmonton. Dr. Nguyen was incredible. Not only did she take absolute good care of my teeth, by examining them but she scaled, deep cleaned my teeth and filled my broken tooth. The doctor was professional, kind, and so gentle with the job that I feel asleep while she and her dental assistant worked on my teeth. Hard to believe but true. The doctor and the staff was great - they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. I want to express my greatest gratitude to this amazing group of people! My visit started off by filling out a quick but detailed medical history before we even got to the appointment (which they actually read. Surprised, I know). I appreciated how inclusive and respectful they were when asking about marriage status and gender status. When entering this beautiful clinic, we scanned a QR code and had our temperatures taken (Covid), and we were off. Each staff member greeted us with friendly smiles. They walked one of our children through everything that was happening because he wanted to know. And respected the other child who didn’t want to know anything but just wanted to watch TV and “chill”. Once everything was said and done that staff walked me through some tips and tricks, and happily answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was wasting their time. The little things make a difference. I was able to text when booking, to ask questions, and received reminders. I highly recommend this clinic for adults and children (ADHD child, and complex medical child).

The space is modern with the most current equipment being used. My initial visit included a routine cleaning, x-rays and a checkup.
