My daughter and I are from out of province , and she suffered a toothache . I called Legacy Dental Clinic and saw her the same day , took x-rays , and gave her excellent care ! The receptionists were professional and welcoming . No hassles! The office is modern, and there's a pharmacy in the same building for convenience. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen and her staff are absolutely amazing! Thank you to the Legacy Dental Clinic 👏 I highly recommend! 5 stars 🌟

I am an out of province patient and Dr. Jenn and her team went above and beyond to fit me into their schedules last minute, making sure I was able to have multiple procedures completed (including consultations with specialists) in a very short time frame, saving me time and expenses on multiple trips to Edmonton from the NWT. All options and procedures were fully explained with compassion and consideration for my circumstances. I would highly recommend Legacy Dental to anyone!

I wanted to be put under for my wisdom teeth removal due to high anxiety, I was unable to do that and instead had them removed in clinic with local numbing. Legacy dental, Dr. Jennifer Nguyen and her entire team were so wonderful. They gave me something for the anxiety and explained the entire process in a way that helped me feel as comfortable as possible. The actual process was seamless and I’m very grateful for the kind and helpful people working there.highly recommend this place to any young adults looking to finally bite the bullet and get those teeth out! I have the worst fear of the dentist, I’ve been putting off a root canal for over a year and ended up really infected. I walked in never being there before and they helped me right away, they continued to check in on me until my appointment and during the procedure they did everything to make me calm and comfortable. I can’t express enough how amazing this team is.

On September 29, I made an appointment; I didn’t know what to expect from him, since the last time I went to another clinic, and I didn’t like both the treatment and the consequences there. On the contrary, I liked everything about this clinic!!! From the moment you are greeted to the moment you are escorted out. I had a full dental examination, an X-ray, a high-quality teeth cleaning, after which about 4 fillings were placed and 1 tooth was removed (which they tried to save, but it was destroyed to the root). The staff is very attentive and works at the highest level, from the administrator to the dentist himself. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The equipment is all new and modern. After I was treated, I was prescribed pills that reduced my suffering from pain to a minimum. We conducted a final consultation with visualization, for a better understanding we asked how I was feeling, measured my blood pressure and only then sent me home. And the icing on the cake was a nice gift at the end in the form of a professional electric toothbrush!!! In the future, I will recommend this dentistry, and I give it a solid 5 stars with + :) Thanks again to them for the qualified help that is so hard to find here!!!! Helped me out with some fillings, a crown prep, and then a crown as well as a tooth extraction. Ended up getting dry socket (No fault of theirs) and they brought me back in and took great care of me!

I’m not a dentist person, terrifies me. Dr Jen and everyone else is very good at their job. The office is very new and immaculately clean. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and makes sure they are doing everything to keep you comfortable. They also check and run your insurance way ahead of time to verify what if anything you owe so you know what you are in for. Best dentist office I’ve ever been too!

Jennifer and her staff were accommodating and efficient. The entire experience was excellent and very informative giving me multiple options with regards to my treatment. I highly recommend Legacy Dental for its excellent service.

I can't say the dentist is my favorite place to go but if I have to go somewhere, this is the place. Dr Jennifer is quick and efficient. The staff is professional and friendly. I love the text feature so I can do all my communication while on the go without having to take time to call.

I do not enjoy getting work done on my teeth, I used to say 'I hate the dentist' but I can't say that anymore because Jennifer and her team here are phenomenal. I can't hate them even when they're filling a cavity because they go out of their way to make me comfortable (TVs on the ceiling are a huge plus - yes I would like to watch the Office while you work). Their text reminder system while sometimes can be annoying, is amazingly helpful because they actually answer. Late? Shoot them a text. Have a question afterwards? Shoot them a text. They make the process as painless as possible while still ensuring they do a great job - I would recommend them to anybody.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been too. The staff is very chipper and bubbly, they always have got me in at the time of my appointment and always very accommodating of my hectic schedule. The dental work is done very quickly and gently. I got my wisdom teeth taken out after having a cleaning. I despise going to any sort of docs office due to bad memories and never actually getting the help that I may need. Here though, at Legacy Dental, they truly care about your oral health and not the big bucks. They are very approachable and I 100% whole heartedly recommend these people. I got my boyfriend to make an appointment and he ain’t been to a dentist in over 8 years due to bad experience. So that says something about how great Legacy Dental is and Doctor Jennifer Nguyen too.

We've been coming here since they opened and really enjoy it (as much as one can enjoy the dentist haha). Dr. Nguyen is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She does a great job explaining things and answering questions. Our little guy (7 months old) also really likes her. The staff are great and the clinic is updated and clean. Location is also nice - free parking and a few restaurants in the same lot so you can grab lunch before/after your appointment if you need. The clinic location is also transit-friendly as there is a bus stop nearby. Our insurance covers most of the visit but the remainder is very reasonable compared to other dentists I've seen.

Experience was great from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left. Would 100% recommend them to everyone I know.

Professional service!

Best cleaning ever! Usually there are several "ouch" moments when the scraper of the plaque hits too far on the gum but with Dr. Jennifer that was not the case. Also, they took colour photos (in addition to the usual x-rays) so I could then see the issues she was describing to me. That was a welcome first. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

I am so grateful for the office staff and Dr Jennifer as they were able to continue serving me and my family after taking over as the new Dental care providers. Very convenient location off Gateway Blvd. The office is clean, comfortable and staff are always available to fully communicate the dental work and expectations. My three kids love it there and I still can’t forget the text back from Legacy Dental’s admin confirming my 17 yr old made it after he bike rode there. Good times 😆🥰.

Dr Jennifer is the best dentist I've ever met. She is really gentle during dental procedures, and explains everything I need/ want to know. Also, she would let you know the options you have, so you can decide. This office follows Alberta dental fee guide, so the fees are open and really reasonable. The office is super modern and spacious. When you walk in, Dr Jennifer and staff always make you feel welcomed!

I've been to several dentists throughout the country and Dr Nguyen's dental practice provides an exceptionally good experience. She is very personable and explains complex concepts in lay terms. I was even more pleased when I got my bill and couldn't believe the price. Unlike most dentists, Dr Nguyen follows the Alberta fee structure and thus has the most reasonable prices I've even seen at a dental clinic. The clinic also followed up with me two weeks after my appointment to see if my issues had resolved. I've never received this level of care from a dental clinic. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen.

I rarely leave reviews on google but in this case felt I had to. I've never been a huge fan of visiting the dentist as I'm sure are many others. Legacy dental was by far the best experience I've had at a dental practice in my life. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Recently, I booked an appointment to see Dr. Jennifer Nguyen of Legacy Dental in Edmonton. Dr. Nguyen was incredible. Not only did she take absolute good care of my teeth, by examining them but she scaled, deep cleaned my teeth and filled my broken tooth. The doctor was professional, kind, and so gentle with the job that I feel asleep while she and her dental assistant worked on my teeth. Hard to believe but true. The doctor and the staff was great - they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. I am very happy that I chose Legacy Dental and would highly recommend the clinic to my family, friends and anyone.

Due to the retirement of my current dentist this office was recommended by a friend. My first impression upon arrival was that it is a very clean environment with thorough COVID-19 protocols. The space is modern with the most current equipment being used. My initial visit included a routine cleaning, x-rays and a checkup. I found Dr. Jen and her staff to be friendly and they seemed to anticipate any questions or concerns that I had. Following the examination they took the time explain their findings and propose a treatment plan with options. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning for all my future dental needs.

Switched over from a different dental clinic and was glad I made the move! My previous clinic had me in for multiple cleaning appointments in a row and still wanted me in for more within the span of 1 month. I decided to go to Legacy for a second opinion. Their knowledgeable staff was able to see the problem right away and had me cleaned in one appointment. The staff are friendly, very understanding, and are eager to help you feel comfortable if you have any questions or feel nervous.
